Winter Solstice Weekend Yoga Retreat!

Join Dory and I for a celebration of the shortest day of the year, and the depth of Winter in the gorgeous Eco-community and retreat centre; Braziers Park in Oxfordshire. We are so excited about running the last of this years retreats to round up all the seasonal retreats Yogadamba have run in 2009.
Why?: The Winter Solstice metaphorically and practically is the peak of incubation allowing for the birth of new light, new life and hope.
Get away from the Pre-Christmas mayhem with long yoga classes, meditations, chanting and wholesome fun!
- The food is homemade/home grown organic vegetarian food.

The location is a warm country manor with beautiful open fires in a rural tucked away valley.

Accomodation is in shared rooms in the house.
Where? Enjoy walks to the beautiful village of Ipsden, and around the 50 acres of Braziers Park. Braziers is a working eco community with sheep, chickens, a walled vegetable garden and an ancient orchard. It is a gorgeous old manor house (formally home to Ian Flemming... 007) in the rolling Chiltern Hills in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Easily accesible from London (1 hour) and the West Country.

How Much?: £250 (if employed) or £210 (if unemployed/full time student) for all yoga, meditation, food, and accomodation. Treatments and transportation are additional.
