Winter Solstice Yoga Retreat 17-19th of December
Join Debs and I for a celebration of the shortest day of the year, and the depth of Winter in the gorgeous retreat centre; Earth Spirit in Glastonbury. We are so excited about running the first of this years retreats since Debs and I have become mothers!
Why?: The Winter Solstice metaphorically and practically is the peak of incubation allowing for the birth of new light, new life and hope.
Get away from the Pre-Christmas mayhem with long yoga classes, meditations, relaxing and enjoying delicious food!

The food is homemade vegetarian food.

The location is a lovely retreat centre set within 7 acres of beautiful landscape and close by to nature reserves and villages

Accomodation is in shared rooms in the house.

How Much?: £270 (if employed) or £230 (if unemployed/full time student) for all yoga, meditation, hot tub, food, and accomodation. Treatments and transportation are additional.
